Elections, Term of leadership, Quorum and Decision-making

Elections.

Organisation’s elections will be taking place in the General Meeting, after every two years.

Term of leadership

All elected leaders shall stay in office for the period of two years term renewable.

Quorum

Quorum of all meetings will be simple majority of all members eligible for that meeting.

 Decisions

All decisions will be decided by simple majority of members present and voting.
